Terms & Conditions
As a customer of Fresh Tees Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by the following policies, terms and conditions:
Screen printing minimums are 25 units per design. Direct to Garment printing & Embroidery is a 10 unit minimum. Vinyl and digital vinyl transfers have no minimums.
Estimates & Quotes:
Estimates & quotes, etc. expire within 14 days and are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork.
a. Standard turnaround for all orders is 7-10 business days from payment of invoice, provided artwork and stock has been finalised.
b. Due date may be agreed upon but is not guaranteed
c. Rush orders may be considered and are subject to a 25% surcharge and payable in full ASAP to schedule into production. Contact us for current rush production availability.
a. Payment in full is required to commence an order, unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
b. Payment options are EFT (internet transfer - preferred), Visa & Mastercard (2% surcharge), and cash. Cheques are no longer an accepted form of payment.
c. Title and property of the goods shall not pass until the goods have been paid for in full.
d. The Australian Goods & Services Tax of 10% applies to all products and services.
Screen Set Ups & Additional Fees:
a. Screen setup fees are for the printing of the film, rental and preparation of the screen for a particular print job. Payment of screen setup fees does NOT constitute the purchase of any of the physical elements of this process. Set Up fees are a one-off if the exact artwork is used to further print within 12 months.
b. Printing on darker colour garments may require an addition set up for the base screen - this is to ensure the end result is opaque
c. Wash out fees are charged when the screen has to be washed out and set up on the carousel for the purposes of a colour change or a change of ink due to fabric make up.
d. A surcharge may be applied to specialty inks and methods such as waterbase, discharge and nylobag inks.
a. Artwork proofs/mockups are used to ensure the accuracy of a print job and the order details. Fresh Tees requires receipt of a signed or emailed copy of each job’s proof in order to begin the first day of production. All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before a job can enter production.
b. Your PRINT READY artwork must meet specific criteria found on our Guides & Templates Page. Artwork charges may apply if artwork is not deemed “print ready” and has to be redrawn. Customer will be notified for pre-approval for these charges if they are required.
Due to variances in computer monitors and printers, colours in an artwork proof or mockup are not true to the finished product. If you desire a specific colour match, please specify the colour by providing either a physical sample or listing a corresponding Pantone Ink colour (PMS colour) on your purchase order. Additional colour matching fees may apply.
Copyrights and Ownership:
a. The customer certifies that they own the rights to or have a license to use previously copyrighted or trademarked image(s) being used in the design of your order. In accordance with copyright laws, a design is the property of the designer; said design cannot be reproduced in any way, without the written consent of the owner.
b. All drawings, artwork files, colour separations, films, screens, mock ups & other visual presentation materials supplied by Fresh Tees shall remain the property of Fresh Tees and may be shown in printed or online portfolios for the length of the lifetime of the artist. Final artwork & concepts may not be given to other artists to alter, reproduce or post online in any way without the express written permission of Fresh Tees.
a. Fresh Tees is a wholesaler for the garment companies listed on our website. Faulty garment are the responsibility of the supplier and not of Fresh Tees, however we will work with you to find a solution to the issue. There is no lead time to how long this process may take.
b. On occasion, our suppliers may run out of certain items. If this occurs we have a variety of product substitutes available from alternate suppliers, however, pricing may vary. If you choose to wait for the item to come back in stock, day one of production begins the day the blank items are received.
Customer Supplied Materials:
Customer-supplied materials (i.e. garments, caps, bags, promotional products) are subject to a 2% misprint allowance. Any misprints will be credited as a print owed and not as an item owed.
If you need to cancel your order, refund amounts are determined based on the status of the order’s production. Refunds may be subject to applicable return shipping and/or restocking fees.
Unless other arrangements have been made, all jobs will be shipped in bulk packaging. Individual bagging, tagging, sorting, labeling, and folding are available upon request. Additional fees apply.
a. We ship all orders via courier. Shipping is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is NOT included in turnaround time.
b. Couriers are booked with an “Authority to Leave”. If there are any additional charges to due to wait times or re-delivery for any reason, the customer will be invoiced for this additional cost.
c. A street address, mobile number and email address must be provided for delivery. P.O. Boxes are not accepted by courier companies
d. Pick-up is also available for those in the Sydney Metro area.
We encourage you to check the quantity and quality of your order immediately. Fresh Tees will not be held responsible for problems with your order unless we are notified of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. All sales are final since jobsheet approval is necessary before a job can enter production.
The Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Tees from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of this service. You also certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use the image(s) being printed as part of your order.
Fresh Tees is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. Fresh Tees does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
